As a dedicated floater, she supports the teachers and students in every classroom with ease, bringing consistency, care and positivity wherever she goes. Her reliability and willingness to step in wherever needed makes her an invaluable member of our team. Natalie has worked in childcare for 12 years and has been at Big Hearts for all of that time.
